Advice, Policies and Publications

The Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA) as an independent authority has the ability to develop and provide publications on a broad range of matters including:
 

  • its own procedures;
  • guidelines about its administrative practices and procedures;
  • advice and reports in relation to a range of environmental matters (either on request by the Minister or initiated by the NT EPA) outlined in Part 3 of the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority Act;
  • annual reports.
